Will it slow my website down?
No. The widget is smaller than a single product photo and loads separately from your page, after your own content. Generation only starts when a visitor presses the button, and it happens off your server.
Is this a 3D viewer or AR?
No, and that's exactly the difference. With 3D and AR every product has to be built as a 3D model first — a project of months and a serious investment per item. Veyra works with the product photos you already have and places them in your customer's room photo.
What does the AI usage cost?
You pay per generated image, from €0.15 per render. There's nothing for you to connect: usage runs through Veyra. In the demo we work it out against your visitor numbers, so you know up front what you're getting into.
Does this work on my ecommerce platform?
On WooCommerce, Shopify, Magento, and custom shops: anywhere you can add something to your own template. For WooCommerce, Shopify, and Magento, we have a step-by-step guide; for the rest, we will assist you.
Do I need my developer for this?
Usually not. We do it together during a screenshare and you'll be live within 30 to 60 minutes. If you have an agency managing your site, we'll send them the instructions: it's a single line of script on your product page.
What happens to my customer's photo?
It is used to create the image and is deleted immediately afterward. Your dashboard only shows totals and which products are popular, never individual uploads or visitor profiles. We provide a data processing agreement.
How quickly am I live?
Usually within 30 to 60 minutes of the demo. The order is: connect your key, place the widget, run through one test product. After that you switch it on across your range whenever you like.
Am I tied into anything?
No. Cancel monthly, no minimum term and no setup fee. If it doesn't work for your range, we take it out and that's that.
